Every line in a looplet pattern follows the same three parts, so once you can read one round you can read them all.

The round. You are on round 7. Keep a stitch marker in the first stitch so you can count.
What to do and how many times. 5 single crochets, then one increase. Repeat that 6 times.
Total stitches. When the round is done you should have 42. If not, count back and check.
